A QUILT JUST FOR PEGGY
Here, dear Peggy, is a special quilt just made
for you,
Done in Relief Society colours of yellow
and blue,
Every stitch wants to says thank you for all
you have done,
Being willing to be there, and so many a
friend won.
You are an inspiration, a light shining
ever bright,
An instrument in Gods hands to guide in
truth and light.
There to hold a frightened hand, how I felt that love
flow through,
I don’t think you will ever know of all the good
that you do.
Thank you for being our dear Relief Society
president,
For I am sure all the sisters know you were
heaven sent.
Have a wonderful, blessed Christmas Peggy dear,
sweet friend,
May the quilt give warmth and comfort, like you,
comfort send.
