More poems about being looked after

ORGANIZED
I try to be organized, but it does not always work,
It isn’t that from work and labour I wish to shirk,
But when someone tidies up I cannot find a thing,
And utter chaos to my organization does bring.

I can organize a dinner, feed four hundred or more,
Have enough food, be right on time and long before
The people arrive all is set and nothing does wrong
Everything sweetly flows like a great lyrical song.

But tidy my drawers and I can’t find a single thing,
I have to hunt, waste time and frustration then bring
To my mind as I hunt just about everywhere I know,
And the more I hunt the less things I need show.

Kind people put my dishes away in an orderly way
And cooking utensils change places every single day,
But yes, I can organize a large trip to anywhere at all,
Remember every details even if the order is quite tall.

There is something missing in an organized, busy mind,
In chaos and confusion most things they are able to find,
But set things all neat and tidy even hanging in a row,
And it seems to cause a mind block where ever they go.
