A PAIN IN THE NECK
The other day I twisted my neck and oh, the pain!
I am beginning to think I will never be right again,
Rubbing and massages only help a little you see,
Now I know what a pain in the neck does mean
As in an awkward position my body has to lean.
Look says someone and your head you go to turn
And great pain causes you to very quickly learn
Your restrictions when you have a pain in the neck,
So every little movement you have to suddenly check.
Walking kind of funny looking like an old wreck.
Never again a pain in the neck will I call anyone at all,
For no one is that bad its so bad no worse name could fall
From any lips to call someone a pain in the neck, I repent
Maybe this pain in the neck to me was from heaven sent.
I will learn my lesson and in pain be heaven ward bent
