FUEL CONSUMPTION
Have you ever driven on a highway, running on faith and fumes?
Relying mainly on prayer and how little gas the car consumes.
Hoping not to see the bright warning light suddenly come on
Telling us to get fuel soon or our supply will be all gone.
Will we make the twenty klicks to the next small town?
Will the gas station be open or will we have again roam.
Mind you this is a nice spot to be stranded without fuel,
We should always carry a can of gas as a safe golden rule.
Not much longer now to know if our fate is sealed,
Will the gas station be open or do we camp overnight in a field?
Well the car is still running and a gas station is in sight,
Yes, it is open, we made it there and everything is alright.
