        SPECIAL MOMENTS
When special moments come along your way,
Save them and store them for a dismal day,
They can turn a sad day until you smile again,
It can brighten a heart that is filled with pain.

It might be a perfect rainbow in the black sky,
Or seeing a flock of geese flying way up high,
The first rose of summer in fragrant full bloom,
Or seeing a friend missed for awhile across a room.

A raindrop shining in the sun, the early morning dew
Awakening afresh the flowers their strength to renew,
Don’t just see and forget, save them in your memory,
They’ll turn into treasured moments, you wait and see.
