More poems about Ann herself

        WHO AM I
I am many people, this little old me,
So to say who I am, I have difficulty,
For all of us have many a roll to play,
It could change many times each day.

I am a busy wife and a mother as well,
And of being a grandma I love to tell,
I’m daughter of parents passed away
That I hope to meet some special day.

I am a friend, a sister to those I know,
A tender heart I hope always to show,
I am a children’s story teller, a poetess,
Of being a lover of nature I will confess.

A teacher, a speaker, a prayer giver too,
Many things I am as my life I go through,
The real me are all these things above,
They fill my life with purpose and love.

Yet first of all, one of God’s children am I,
A spirit daughter aiming for heaven up high,
If all the me’s strive to improve every day
He’ll call my name when death comes my way.
