Name: Kaoru Nagisa Birthday: September 13th Age: 14 Blood Type: Blue Pattern Status: Tabris, the 17th angel and the fifth child and pilot of Eva-02 First Appearance: Episode 24 Kaoru's time in the series is very short.  He is a mysterious boy who appears as the fifth child and Asuka's replacement pilot.  He becomes close friends with Shinji and has an incredible synchronisation rate.   He is later discovered to be Tabris--the 17th angel.  Shinji reluctantly destroys him.
