DOCTOR O'SHAY (Ochanomizu - Dr. Elephan) - Funny. Pudgy. Often flustered.
Dr. O'Shay is the best friend that robots have. He takes care of
Astro Boy and runs the Ministry of Science where new robots are
developed and studied. He wants robots to have rights, like
humans, and to be treated fairly. And he helps Astro Boy with
his great scientific knowledge

DOCTOR TENMA  (Dr. Boyton) - A dark, mysterious figure full of conflicting
emotions. One minute he loves Astro Boy and wants to elevate
him to be king of all the robots. The next minute he attacks
Astro Boy and does everything he can to destroy him. What is
the strange impulse that drives Tenma? Is he trying to make
Astro Boy strong so he can rise to his destiny. Or is he just
twisted and full of dark venom?

URAN - She's Astro's little sister. In the American version
she's called "Zoran" but everyone in Japan calls her "Uran-chan."
What a pain! She's out of control, doing whatever she feels like,
never listening to her older brother. Sassy, bratty, and full of attitude.
Uran has the power to talk to animals and she gets in some
amazing adventures of her own.

JETTO - Astro Boy’s bigger brother was named Jetto. He was stored
away in the warehouse of the Science Academy and was
created by Dr. Boynton as a prototype of Astro Boy.

coloured series because of his long moustache.
