My wife and I have traveled through a number of Mexican states and so far have lived to tell the tales. Hopefully the tales are interesting and informative as well. This page is about our experiences, such as they are. Pictures are all from my dinky instamatic camera. We travel light. Yes, that is our car above, a 93 Ford Festiva. Sometimes we drove down in it, but more often than not we cheaped out and took buses - and consequently took our time as well. Mexico is full of surprises and wonderful people... well, OK, there are jerks too, but every country has those. What makes travelling down there fun is the fact that it is delightfully different than the predictable infra-structure of the good old US of A.
