It is open all the time except from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Monday and from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday, and during holidays Eastern Standard Time.Â
Hearing callers may call deaf VRS users by calling 866-500-9662. The hearing person will need to give the Video Interpreter (VI) an IP address.
