Correction on Andrew Foster
The recent news story about Andrew Foster's memorial at Gallaudet University has one mistake at the ICGUAA Luncheon on February 12th. Andrew Foster grew up in Alabama, and he was NOT born in Africa. Please see the National Deaf Black Association website: http://www.nbda.org/foster.html.
Thanks to Leithia Whited who spotted this error. Michael Reis apologizes for his error.
