excuse me for butting in... I think the operative word should be: is NOT a ***separate*** political party. If ALP/Inc is a separate party then it has no grounds to sue over the internal affairs of ALP.
ALP would probably prefer that Inc did not exist, but given that they do...
Inc claims to be a political party and they claim to be "THE LP Party". Aparently you are supporting them in that claim.
That is what I believe most of the ALP opposition to your experiment is based on.
Whether INC is a political party or not, if INC is not "THE LP" in Arizona then they have no grounds to sue the ALP.
