Yes, Nancy is "good people." She's quite different from John in many ways --
especially temperament. John is cool, calm, and collected. I've never seen
him lose his temper, even though others among us were climbing the walls.
Nancy (bless her heart) is among the first to reach the ceiling. ;-) I think
that's part of the reason for her success -- the passion. On that score she
makes John look pretty dull. And even temperament is probably in large part
why he got this gig on the bench.
It takes all kinds....

P.S. -- Of course the press release from the Watergate didn't mention
another important role John has played, both as a Libertarian and as an
attorney: defending the ALP, pro bono, over 5-6 years, from the legal
attacks by the organization that LPUS now prudly calls its Arizona
affiliate. And I'm betting that John is more likely to want to sweep his
participation on the LNC out of his memory than have it listed among his
credentials. ;-)
