Thanks Dave, I guess. I did mean to tir up a little controversy and more introspection. To some degree I think the context is getting lost that the comment was made in response to the satirical Internet news parody _The Onion_ actually making us the butt of a joke.
Anyway, let me take your quiz myself bob bushkin

Also, this is just personal with me but I don't ever try to convert anyone to any of my ideas - except in or out of the courtroom when I am getting paid or otherwise in role. Therfore, I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of L-registrations I caused: each was and is a close personal friend, none of them did I urge to register L they chose it on their own based on information and ideas exchanged in the ordinary course of friendship. Nonetheless I take some pride that these are people I greatly respect and none of them have changed party.

All but the Weekly letter were overtly or implicitly "libertarian." I have also called regularly to the John C Scott show, Emil Franzi and Bert Lee. These local talk shows are an excellent place to get the message out.

PS Milton Friedman always says of himself that he is a "small-L libertarian" and a "big-R republican." I think that is a clear and concise way of making the point. I am a "little d-democrat and a little-r republican and a big_L Libertarian.'
PPS Hey, Dave have you looked on the web site lately? You are listed as the go-to guy for PCMs. Surprse! Call on me for a couple of hours a month volunteer time.
