Number Two has been employed by Arizona schools to keep kids from skateboarding and roller-blading down the parking lot ramps and throughout a campus. It is also employed to create disarmed victim zones by claiming that any armed citizen, other than gestapo, etc. interferes with the peaceful conduct.

I don't have the actual source, but the "cannot employ an armed body of men" aspect of Arizona Article 26 is negated by the campus police being part of the State Police. And of course "The Regents" are not a corporation (?).
