If you are talking to Buttrick you might also get his opinion on the vulnerability of the LNC and the Harry Browne campaign to charges of felony conspiracy. Follow my Logic:
1. It is a federal crime to knowingly provide false information to a federal agency. 2. A conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor is a felony.
At least Browne, Willis, Ayres and Jack Dean conspired to make illegal campaign contributions to the Browne campaign and then falsify the FEC reports.
I also think that the statute of limitations on conspiracy fraud does not begin to run until the fraud is detected.
