You know, this situation keeps bringing into my thoughts those oft repeated words by the German General Burkholter [sic] character in the Hogan's Heros TV Series "Take him out and have him shot" (Willis not Lark) or words to that effect.
And everyone wonders why the Arizona Liertarian Party does not want to have a thing to do with these guys?
If Lark was truly in the dark about this stuff, it explains a lot. It does not excuse him from the situation (he should have known by now) but it does explain a lot. By the same token it had better get cleaned up by the end of the summer or the national is gone and the State's are going to have to rebuild from scratch, if there is even the will to do it.
