I was happy to learn that Libertarian John Buttrick, once a candidate for various elective offices, has been appointed by Governor Jane Hull to become a judge on the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County, Arizona. Is this the sign of things to come in this country, when judges will actually be respectful of constitutional rights? I'm not an Arizona resident.
