I don't know Jason. Do we contest the violation?? If you had it might have been different. You DID NOT. You went off on some tangent that we as ALP are not in power to make by ourselves. We could make the choice as to if Alp Inc. was or was not a party and it would mean nothing to the State and the Courts.And that is the venue we have been FORCED to deal with. Your just not dealing with apples and apples in your logic and know you know better.
