The current state of affairs regarding gun checks at the Gun Safety Forum tomorrow.

Under apparent advisement of the Phoenix City Attorney, it seems that there is actually a law somewhere there in ARS 13-3102(A)(10).

As a result, the Burton Barr library will use a separate room big enough to hold "100 firearms" and will have two armed guards stationed outside. I am sure this is a one-time event.

I don't know what the procedure will be, but may I suggest that guns be left in the holster, and/or, placed in a gun rug or case. No need to clear the gun if it never leaves leather.
