This isn't a point I could make effectively from Indiana, but you Zonies
could press it. Ask these politicos whether they believe that, in a case
concerning the constitutionality of ordinances in question, the Mayor and
Council might have DIFFERENT INTERESTS in the outcome from the interests of
ordinary citizens. In other words, is there something they have "at risk" if
the case comes out in favor of the rights of the people?
That oughtta make 'em squirm!
