Thanks for the invitation. Unfortunately I'm out of town on the 21st on a parents day at my son's school. I wish you the best.

As to the Glendale high hurdles with red tape maze system, it clearly is not what we had in mind. The idea was to ensure a consistent set of laws for all of Arizona. Glendale probably is adhering to the letter of the law, but clearly not the spirit of it. This will be a cat and mouse game for awhile. In the meantime, I'll make some calls.
