The above "fantasy" has every chance of being realized. All it takes is a Legislature (with the support of the people) and Judicial Branch interested in returning to a more peaceful, Constitutional United States government (and for us in Arizona), the same at the state level.

Possibly, but steps definitely need to be taken. The present Executive, Judicial and Legislative Branches are intent on undermining a Constitutional government. The desired form seems to be a NAZI/Police state - this seem to be the case in Arizona as well.
