I am leaving for Alabama in less that 40 hours. I have a concealed weapons permit for Indiana, so I'll be okay till I cross the Ohio River. Then, it's another story, I think. Something sticks in my mind about the McClure-Volmure Act or some such title. It has to do with some national legislation concerning the carrying of weapons while you are traveling. Can anyone give me the scoop on this? It seems so stupid, but I am going to officiate at a wedding and there will be roadblocks and seatbelt checks and all kinds of statist interference out there, intruding on the public and making itself known. I don't want to miss the wedding, nor do I want to lose my .45 acp. Can anyone help me?
