How convenient. I personally think that the government has had a change of mind in the face of Tim and is lack of being scared of the death penalty. The last thing they need is him doing the "I regret I have but one life to give" thing. Bet that if he still say's let go through with it that the government in the name of "fairness" will put the big sleep off until its in their best interest if ever. Or do you believe that they just found this box of stuff??? Fat chance. The last thing they want is a martyr.

The first thought I had today when it was announced that the FBI had withheld evidence ..
"what else is new? why would anyone be surprised at this?"
