targeting unchecked gun sales
in e. j. montini's column on page b1 arizona state senator harry mitchell of tempe can't figure it out. he wonders why anybody would make a fuss over his proposal to require background checks for buyers at gun shows. "there's just too many loopholes for the wrong people to get guns" senator mitchell said "what kind of arguments can you have against trying to stop it?"
well how about this argument senator harry mitchell its called the 2nd amendment it allows american to own guns. our countrys founders put it there so citizens would have the means to over throw jack booted thugs who got into government and became opressive.
they were thinking of jack booted thugs like you harry mitchell who want to take away citzens right to bear arms.
the second amendment says americans have the RIGHT to bear arms. the second amendment doesnt have a line in it that excludes people who dont pass a background check made up by gun grabber senator harry mitchell.
if the government violates the constition and flushes the 2nd amendment down the tolit we american have the right to over throw it and this right includes shooting gun grabber senator harry mitchell.
