Hi Everyone!
I'll be out of the area this weekend, so I wanted to get the Q&A Conference Call reminder out to everyone tonight.
We will be conducting the weekly Q&A Conference Call this coming Monday:
Monday March 27th 8:30 PM Eastern Time Zone (918)222-7032 PIN 5847#
If you've participated recently, you may have noticed that the call quality has been poor. We have contacted the coference bridge company and were told that the sound quality of the calls is poor when individuals use cellular phones and speaker phones.
The good news is that the call sound quality can be improved if we have all participants "mute" their telephones while listening to the call.
We ask that everyone follow the following procedure when participating on the calls:
1) Call in and introduce yourself at the beginning of the call. 2) Once the moderator begins the formal discussion, please "mute" your telephone by using your mute function, or, if you don't have a mutable telephone, dial "*6" to mute the telephone. 3) If you have a question that you would like to ask, wait until the speaker is finished and when he asks for questions dial "*6" again to un-mute your telephone. 4) Re-mute your telephone when you have finshed asking your question.
If we will all follow this procedure, we should be able to avoid the sound quality problems we've experienced over the past several weeks.
Have a great weekend!
