i checked out the phoenix public access cable tv this week. its run by ACCESS PHOENIX, they are on 33rd ave just north of thomas at 3322 w catalina. (602)272-8700to use the station to make cable tv shows you have to pay $30 for a 4 hour class which covers the bare basics of how to make tv shows. the class is held the 3rd sat of each month from 9am to 1pm.
after taking the class your allowed full use of all the equipment at ACCESS PHOENIX to make tv shows.
while the training is very short their policy is that if you show up to make a cable tv show they will help you along.
they have one studio. it has 3 cameras, and a control room. and it has all the props needed to film a talk show or press release on something like the ax the tax thing.
they have 1 editing bay and are adding another.
you can rent the studio or editing bay for $10 for a 3 hour block of time for either.

4pm-7pm tuesday thru friday 7pm-10pm tuesday thru friday
they also have cameras which can be rented for off site productions.
if anybody wants to cut any libertarian type vidio tapes at ACCESS PHOENIX im willing to help.
the only down side of this is ACCESS PHOENIX is funded with stolen tax money.
