I am sure they are logged on the AOL machines...it'd be stupid of them not too in my opinion. Given the way the gov't has bitch-slapped Microsoft for telling Uncle Sam to take a flying leap for "monopolism" (full disclosure: I hate MS products, but am a stockholder), AOL is likely taking the path of least (government) resistance, especially with itssnatching of all these communications and information companies (Time Warner/CNN/Etc., Net2Phone, etc.).
