What do you want me to say. I think HB2095 is a compromise of the first water! Peter's collaboration with the State has hit a new low. HB2095 creates 2nd class citizens in a RIGHT and has further eroded that right into another STATE privilege!!
This is another sop to the gun-grabbers and those who seek to install a police state and make this truly a Victim Disarmament Zone--with women, girls, and the elderly as their targets! Thanks Grandma Hull! I get to stay home in the evenings and not travel alone or just with minor children in town because if I have to shot a bad guy off my kids or myself --I am the bad guy and the criminal goes free, and is free to sue me civilly! Welcome to Afghanistan in Amerika! What is next?? No kitchen knives? Wearing head to toe black garments to prevent rapists from being turned on by the sight of women in Levis and work shirts? How about house arrest for all women and children? Requiring bars on windows and doors? No women allowed to work outside of the home? Self defense is a human right, not a privilege. We have a right to freely move about the country without harassment either by states or individuals-and if we are criminally harassed, we have the right to defend ourselves--including deadly force.
