Arkansas State Route 51 runs in two sections in Hot Spring County. In the northern part of the county, AR St Rt 51 runs as a loop from U.S. Rt. 270, near Malvern back to U.S. Rt. 270, near Diamondhead. In the south, this highway runs from near Donaldson to Clark County.
