The Benefits of Aromatherapy

There are many benefits of aromatherapy
and the use of essential oils.  

Aromatherapy has been known to assist in:

-Enhancing your well being

-Aiding in the improvement of general health

-Balancing your emotions

-Helping to reduce stress

-Helping you to relax

-Purifying your environment

-Boosting the immune, respiratory & circulatory systems.

While aromatherapy and the use of essential oils certainly have their benefits, aromatherapy is by no means a "cure all" or replacement for visiting your doctor when one is ill and needs medical attention. Aromatherapy is a complimentary form of healing that has been known to help assist in the above ailments in conjunction with modern medicine. It is not my intent to mis-inform the readers that aromatherapy is to replace a visit to your doctor......if you are sick - then please make an appointment to visit your physician.
