Arms: Per fess Argent and Or, on a less the lower edge enarched Vert, between in chief a portico with three sets of three pillars, Sable, and in base three keys, two in saltire and one in pale, the bows interlinked in base and the wards forming the capital letter “E” Vert, five bezants embowed; the shield ensigned of a coronet comprising a head-ring Or, heightened of four fountain-pen nibs of the last, grooved Vert, alternated with as many protea flowers Or seeded Argent, issuant therefrom two secretary birds respectant, wings elevated proper. 6.      Hoërskool Dirkie Uys (Moorreesburg) (H4/3/1/3965)

Flag: A rectangular blue flag, proportion 2:3, charged in the hoist with a sun and therebeneath two ears of wheat embowed, the upper grains in saltire, and a vertical band one twentieth of the width of the flag, set one third of the distance from the hoist, all yellow, the fly charged in the centre with three white bars, each one tenth of the width of the flag and set the same distance apart.
