Sept. 7, 2004 - Motorcade rally of public school teachers and employees in the education sector to push for an increase in the education budget and P3,000 salary raise. The motorcade started at the Quezon Memorial Circle and ended with a rally at the Batasan where Rep. Teddy Casiņo and Rep. Crispin Beltran joined them.

Organized by the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) and the Movement for Quality Education, the motorcade rally was participated in by faculty associations from Quezon City and Manila, the All UP Workers Union and the All UP Academic Employees Union.

The cultural group of ACT and PISARA performs with elementary and high school students
