Materials
A Rainbow Brite image printed on a sheet of paper
Scissors
A pencil
Glue stick
Glitter (assorted colors)
Clear plastic switch plate you can personalize (found at hardware stores...I actually got mine at Wal-Mart)



Instructions
Take the insert from the switch plate and trace around it on the desired RB image. Cut out the picture and use the glue stick on the areas you want to sparkle, then pour the glitter on it, shaking the excess over a trashcan. Put the picture into the switch plate and follow the installation instructions.
