She ducks just in time. A cat jumps into her way. Sakura barely misses the cat but starts to lose her balance.

"Oh, man. I promised dad that I would be home by now." Sakura is rushing home on her rollerblades. She sharply turns the conner and almost runs into a sofa that is being moved by a couple of guys.

Just then a hand reaches out and catches her just in time. Sakura stops and looks up to see a woman. The woman mentions how cats are always in the way.

Sakura and the woman excange a number of unusal glances. The woman turns and walks away saying that she'll see Sakura tomorrow. Sakura is confused.

In Sakura's bedroom, that night, Kero is asking Sakura to tell him, again, what happened. He asks what she looked liked. "Mysterious." Sakura answers. Just then there was a knock at the door.

Sakura opens it. Tori hands Sakura a geltin desert. Sakura says thank you. Tori perks his head up. He looks into Sakura's room. Kero is sitting on the desk still as can be.

Tori mentions how he though he...but he doesn't finish. A sweat drop appears on Kero's head. Tori leaves and shuts the door. Bot Sakura and Kero beathe a sigh of relief.

Sakura is late again. Her father tells her to slow down. She makes it to school just in time. Mr. Terada explains that their math teacher will be out for awhile so they have a new teacher.

Just then the door opens and a woman walks in. Sakura gasps. It's the same worman from the day before. The woman introduces herself as Ms. Mackenzie. Li stares at her with distrust in his eyes.

Later that day on the playground, Li, Sakura, Madison and Meilin are talking about the new teacher. Li asks if she has sensed anything from her. Sakura says she hasn't. Li says that he senses something strong and not quite right. He tells them to be on thier guard.

Just then a woman's vice is heard. "You don't need to be on your guard." The four of them turn around. "Ms. Mackenzie!" exclaims Sakura. Li stares at her. "Math isn't that scary. It's a puzzle, like any other puzzle. I sense things, too, Li, and I sense that you're a math wiz.

"So I don't know why you feel that you have to be on guard. Madison you like math, too." Madison nods. "Not so easy for you, right, Meilin? And you do very well, right, Sakura?" "Yeah! And thanks again for yesterday." Sakura bows. Ms. Mackenzie smiles.
