| "They were making a journey to the ancient shrine, just like us. They each had a gift to leave, just like us! |
| "Following the ancient tradition they each took a gift and a candle." Madison asks what happened when they went in the cave. |
| "Well, at first everything was fine as they started in with their candles and gifts. But then something very unexpected happened. |
| "As two by two they traveled to the center of the cave and when they got there they felt this strange presence all around them and... |
| "all of a sudden there was this cold blast of wind and the candles went out and they heard this sound lika a door being opened all around them." |
| By this time Sakura is very scared. |
| Just as Nikki was about to finish the story the door to the cabin opened and the girls let out a loud scream. |
| Mr. Terada walks in and asks if everything is ok. |
| Madison answer, "We were just talking about the ancient shrine. Y-you scared us when you opened the, that's all." |
| Mr. Terada says that he's sorry and how they have a big day tomorrow and they should get some rest. |
| The girls agree and Mr. Terada shuts the door. |
| All the girls are sleeping except for Sakura. She can't sleep. |
| She gets up and walks out the door. She thinks that maybe she should talk to Mr. Terada and tell him how scared she is and that she doesn't want to go in the cave. |
| Sakura stops walking and looks down. A hand touches her shoulder. She gasps and turns to see Li standing beside her. |
| Li and Sakura are sitting on her beach watching the water. Sakura asks if Li was at the cave. |
| Li said that he thought he saw something over there and he figured he would check it out. |
| "A Clow Card?" Sakura asks. Li shakes his head. "You don't mean a g-g-g--" Li figures that she is trying to say ghost. |
| "Don't tell me you're afraid of going inside that cave tomorrow." Sakura says that she is not. Li calls her pathetic anyways. |
| Just then a flash of light appears in front of the cave. He asks Sakura if she saw it, too. Sakura insists on changing the subject. |
| She asks Li how he likes it in Reedington. He says it is ok. |
| She asks where he lives. He says that he lives with his mom's cousin. |
