| I'm Jennifer "Jenn" Mangente. I'm am now 16 years of age and I was born in October 24, 1987 in the city of Manila, Philippines. I spent my early years in Makati until we bought a house in Cavite. I have no siblings so in my younger days, I considered my pet cats my playmates and companions. There were times, when I used to play with them on the roof and imagine them bunjee jumping . Since I grew so fond of them, I cried when something bad happened to them or when any of them died. Now I only have 4 cats because I can no longer take care of them due to my busy schedule. I'm not an out-going type of person. But when I 'm already familiar with a person, it's much easier for me to open up. I graaduated from High School at the University of Perpetual Help Rizal. I am now on my third year of college at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, taking up B.S. Biology. Someday I want to become a successful doctor..... perhaps, be a pediatrician. My mind is not really made up yet though, since I feel that such a major life decision should not be rushed, right? My other interest is to take up Mass Communications. I'd like to enter into the field of broadcasting because it has always fascinated me. My favorite sport has always been swimming and lately, I've learned to like volleyball too. I just love to swim and play in the water and I enjoy watching people swim. I don't care if I'll get sunburned as long as I know that I'm enjoying myself. I also enjoy seeing the different designs of swimmingpools. |

| I created this website last year to share my life with other people and with other teenagers like me who want to know how we can live life. And of course for my family, friends and my love ones who have been my inspiration in striving to finish this website. |

| My greatest dream is to travel around the world and to have a mansion with an olympic size swimming pool and a very big garden with gushing fountains. I also dream of having many cars. Since the JSProm, I also have found great interest in gowns. It would be nice to have a variety of lovely gowns to wear on different occasions. But since I'm not a fashion model or a celebrity, I'm just content for now, in buying magazines featuring gowns. But really, these are just daydreams and not that important in terms of my real priorities. Actually, all I want is to be a successful doctor and to have a happy and comfortable life. Just like any regular teenager, I like being with my friends. But lately, we don't meet that often anymore. Some of them have transferred to other places, far from where I stay. We compensate by just texting each other at every opportunity. At times, I visit them in their houses and we'd talk for hours about anything under the sun. Me and my close friends in high school promised to meet regularly (if possible) on Fridays in a place near our school. I love meeting with my friends, going to the movies or just "going malling" with them. I also enjoy surfing the net and sometimes attending parties. I am also trying to experiment cooking food and trying different kinds of recipes. I also drive my friends crazy by kidding them no end, Of course, I keep in mind that there are limitations. I always make sure that they won't get hurt. I also consciously keep myself from being big-headed. For now, boys don't appeal to me. I'm very contented just enjoyng my girlhood and sharing the ups and downs of living, and my dreams with my family and close friends. |
