Probably one of the most (if not the) most beautiful A.N.T. covers you ever did see - or not as the case most likely be. Legend has it that there are less than ten of the elusive Twenty-Third issue of Ant News Today in circulation. As, we previously mentioned in our last instalment, the fan club was already in dire financial trouble by Spring 1990 due to the new and unexpected demand for these glossy fan mail-outs.
However, this summer issue is packed to the jockstrap with news from the Stateside of the Ants revival with exclusive behind-the-scenes photographs from the superbly choreographed Rough Stuff promo video. Featuring some rather scantily clan ladies Adam gets to 'do it doggy style' with friend Danny Kleinman rolling 'right across the floor'! News includes Adam also catching up with Ants Dave Barbe and Marco Pirroni.
Probably the biggest UK news featured is the release of the great Ants hits compilation Antics in the Forbidden Zone as well as the long over-due Peel Sessions - both of which were to receive positive reviews in the music press later in the year.
No Faces of Adam this month but perhaps one last outing for Issue 24?
