Return of the Ant?!
This end-of-year newsletter starts with the obligatory promise that next year will herald the 'Return of the Ant' (later replaced by 'Year of the Ant'!) Those of you who know your Ant history will know that this promise was a little premature, but nevertheless, things were at last looking up in the Ant World..!
However, apart from announcing MCA as his record company, there isn't much information about the musical direction, other than he'd be working with Andre Cymone - best known for his work with Prince. Meanwhile, two Ants reunited.. Marco got together with Kevin Mooney to produce material for Kev's band 'Max'.
Other than this, it does seem that the remaining space has been padded out somewhat, with over sized text and Adam going on about bikes! However, the pix more than make up for all this! Not only do we get to see old Ad's with a 'tache, but there's also some great shots of him posing with the said bike! And not forgetting a recent picture of the half-ex-ant Daniel Kleinman!
Finally, this issue also announced that members would be receiving a Xmas card and calendar... ahhh... those were the days!
