Anna's Kitchen came into being, catering to the British, American, Australian and Canadian Embassy diplomats. Also local clients from the racing and hunting world.
It was also the sole caterers for Terre d'Ecosse, a Scottish company that organised events all over France - the Game Fair at Chambord, a Trade Fair at Gueignon (near Lyon), the Stade de France and all around Paris.
In 1996, in partnership, the English Shop was opened, serving home made cakes and daily lunches, which Anna's Kitchen provided and delivered. Weekly deliveries of English goods were sold; ie baked beans, tea, cheddar, sausages, bacon, magazines, newspapers and gifts.
