| this is STRICTLY the Mackie Stingray from the original Bubblegum Crisis series, I haven't seen that much of the series Bubblegum Crisis 2040, but I've heard he isn't really a perv in that one. |

Yes! it is him, the perv who's always staring at Bulma/ staring at Lunch. Or any of his dirty magazines. After a while, it seems like he has no real use, but his semi-wisdom and his basic skills are useful, even if he is an old perv with a crazy sister. |
