The Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge claims to have had sighting of many different owls heading in and out of caves in the Argentinian country side. These owls may be leading to the hide out of criminal Sirius Black. Mr Fudge says he's confident that Aurors and Dementors who are currently patroling the area will be able to find evidence of Black.
