Since Dobby's freedom he has collected a large assortment of socks and tea cosy's. Dobby now works as a Hogwart's House Elf but he now recieves payment and holidays since he is a free working house Elf. Dobby's room isn't that elaborate since he has just aquired his freedom and he spends most of his pay on socks.

1 pair of socks that scream when they get too dirty (Present from Harry, Ron and Hermione).
