Charlie is the second son and child of Aurthur and Molly Weasley. Charlie was captain of the Winning Gryffindor Qudditch team in his last year at Hogwarts (Gryffindor didn't win the Qudditch Cup again until Harry's 3rd year). Charlie now works in Romania with Dragons. And is still as obsessed with Qudditch as ever (maybe that's where Ron get it from).
