Our much loved Beneteau Oceanis 311 family cruiser is for sale. Celine spent 3 years on Windermere before we set her free on the sea, keeping her at Glasson Dock In a freshwater marina. One of the most successful boats in Beneteau’s long history, the Oceanis 311 has been hugely popular all over Europe since her debut in 1998. Comfortably laid out down below for long-term cruising she also has a race-bred hull derived from the Figaro trans-Atlantic racer, resulting in a great cruising boat that also does well in local regattas.The Beneteau 311 is an ideal boat to begin cruising, safe and easy to handle under sail or engine. We have cruised the Irish Sea, to the Outer Hebrides and West coast of Scotland. To the south coast of Ireland and the Fastnet Rock, The Scillies, Channel Islands and France. All this accomplished in great comfort and style but now we want to go further affield so need a bigger boat Currently out of the water with the mast down for the winter at Glasson Dock. She is fully winterised and the engine has been serviced ready for the new season.
