"And war broke out in the heavens;
Micheal and his angels fought against the dragon.
And the dragon and his angels fought back;
But they were defeated,
And there was no longer any place for them in heaven.
The great dragon was thrown down,
That ancient serpent
Who is called the Devil and Satan,
The deciever of the whole world, he was thrown down
To earth, and his angels were thrown down with him
-Revelations 12: 7-9

Holy Weapon: Divine Chains- This weapon actually extends from a large, metallic, bracer-like glove. Attached to this glove just below the wrist is a short chain, to which is attached a solid metal head with four blades extending from it like a grappling hook. This chain moves at the thought of the wielder, and can divide itself so as to attack multiple enemies at one time. Its blades can slice through flesh, bone and metal, and leave wounds that burn with divine righteousness. Most importantly though, the head of the weapon serves as the keys to the main portals between heaven, hell and earth (see the basic theology section for details).

Uriel is the guardian of heaven and hell, the watchman of the lord who has stood at the gates of Hell for all eternity. Unlike the other angels, whose duties were suspended when the adversary slipped his agents into the real world (see basic theology section for details), Uriel can not afford to stop his watch of hellgate, lest the adversary breakdown the barrier and all the legions of hell pass into the mortal realm. Thus, unlike the other angels, Uriel does not keep residence in the mortal realm, but instead resides on the Stygian plane between earth and Hades. This he seems unapproachable, and often when he does show he is thought of as a monster or a fallen angel. His years of defending hellgate have made him gruff and uncouth, but he is perhaps second only to Micheal in martial skill and a powerful warrior when called upon

Duties of the Priesthood:
Urielians are expected to be the defenders of the world. They travel through the Christian lands and set up safe areas beyond the grasp of evil. Although not as proactive as their Michealine brothers, the Urielians are dedicated to ensure evil advances no further.
