Samael
was once an angel of the lord who's job it was to escort the
souls of the faithful to heaven. Witnessing the terribly things
mortal do to stave of death jaded Samael, and transformed
him into a being full of hatred for those who turned away
from the lord for such pathetic reasons. Thus he turned against
mortals, and in turn turned against the lord, becoming one
of the most powerful agents of the adversary.
