This is the first cake I took to my new co-workers at the Department of Children's Services. It was 6 layers of Chocolate Fudge Cake. Chocolate Fudge French Buttercream Frosting with bits of toffee were in between each layer. The outside of the cake is frosted with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting, topped with Chocolate Ganache. The piping around the bottom is more of the French Buttercream. Then it has chocolate shavings on the top. A good time was had by all!
