Review by Courtenay Midgley

Last night was awesome! I think I'll just list the numbers and tell you my thoughts about each of them...

Opening: This was awesome, I started crying as soon as Kurt came out on the ice. I'm so emotional, I even cry when I watch skating on tv! I loved how they incorporated Kurt's bag into the whole show! At the end of the opening sequence, Jenni fell, I didn't see what happened, I just looked over and saw her on the ice. I think she probably just slipped of her edge.

Bailamos, Never, Demain, and Swingtown: were all awesome!

Rag-GIDON-time: Wonderful as always, I like this program more each time I see it. Kurt Browning is amazing!

Ghost: I hadn't seen this one before, it was very beautiful!

Ribbon: Really good, Katia is a doll! The ribbon got caught in her skate at one point, and she just kind of shook it loose, it was cute!

Blues For Narada: I loved it! Ilia choreographed this one himself!

Baby Did A Bad, Bad Thing: I love this song, and love this number! Jenni fell again, this time on the throw triple. Other than that it was perfect!

Genie In A Bottle: I really like seeing Tara skate to pop music and just acting her age. I love Christina Aguilera, and think the song is perfect for Tara. I think Tara was a little off last night though, she doubled her first jump, and was a little shaky on some of the landings.

You Can Call Me Al, Me & Julio, Cecilia, Sound of Silence, Bridge Over Troubled Water, & Old Friends: I loved this whole sequence, Paul Simon is one of my favorites! I loved how they used the music and skating to tell a story. Kristi was breathtaking as always skating to "Bridge Over Troubled Water".

Luv Me Luv Me, It's About That Walk, It's Not Right, & Jazzin': I liked this sequence, but some of the music was strange. I don't think that "It's not right" is the right type of program for Lu Lu, it just doesn't fit her. I like how Kristi and Lu Lu tie Steven up at the end!

He's Got A Way, La Valse Moderne/Dad Je Suis: This was cute, but it just seemed wrong having Tara skate with Kurt. I don't know, it just didn't sit well with me.

Czardas: Elena & Denis are so good! I haven't really seen them skate as much as some of the others on this tour, but they are amazing. They got a standing ovation, the first one of the night! They blew everybody away!

Casi Un Bolero: What can I say, I love Ricky Martin, and love when skaters use his music!

Si Tu No Estas/Casi Un Bolero: Katia and Ilia are so cute together! I love this program and was so happy to see Katia skating pairs again!

Play That Funky Music: Wonderful as always!

Smooth: Love the song, love Kristi, love the skating!

Baseball Cap: I never saw this program before last night, but I loved it!

American Woman: Once again I love that Tara is skating to this song, I love Lenny Kravitz!

Don Quixote: Scott Hamilton...I love him more everytime I see him! This program is hilarious! I just can't get over the little rhinestones! (Anyone who has seen this program should know what I'm talking about!) Scott got the second standing ovation of the night.

What A Wonderful World: I was so sad that it was over, I didn't want the night to end!

SOI gets better every year, it was a lot more edgier this year, and I really loved it!
